Conference Individual Sign-up

How do I have students sign up for specific conference times? Conferences is grayed out and not accessible in my course.

You can easily make that navigation link available for your students by following these guides: How do I use the Course Navigation Menu as an instructor? and How do I manage Course Navigation links?
