I am attempting to upload PPTs into a module but get error messages frequently. The files are not large but it says "Failure to Create New Item" when I attempt to attach/add the PPT. This doesn't happen with all but some PPTs. Thanks in advance!
You did not happen to mention which browser you are using. If this just recently started happening, you might have been using IE 11. I would recommend switching to Chrome or Firefox. If you are not using IE (or Edge), then I would recommend opening a ticket with Instructure Support from Help > Report a Problem.
