Because this question is specific to your own school, I suggest either contacting your instructor (if you are a student), or your Canvas Administrator/IT (if you are an instructor.

Still haven't had an answer from instructor, bookstore, nor library....HELP!!!!

Hi @ErikHernandez ...

Have you tried contacting your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team to see if they might be able to help you?  Or, maybe contact someone from your Registration department?  Someone from your school should be able to help you or put you in the right direction.  Good luck!
