Grade sync error I have never seen

I received this error in my grade sync that I have never seen.  

COLLECTION_GENERIC - 560cc342-fff9-4e43-b98d-f82cb124f819 - HTTP response HTTP/1.1 409 Conflict response: {"message":"Student.id [1,216] does not have an AssignmentStudentAssociation in AssignmentSection.Id: [130,142]"}

How do I fix it?  What does it mean?

I am getting the same error and no one seems to know what it means or what causes it. How can we find out more about this?

For error messages like this, I would highly recommend that you reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk.  They may be able to take a look at each of your courses where this is happening to see if they can spot any abnormalities.  Here are a couple Guides on how to contact the Canvas Help Desk folks:
