How do I create a two-tier multiple choice question in Canvas Quizzes?

I would like to ask two-tier multiple choice questions and multiple choice questions where the last option is for the students to "write something in". As far as I can tell, this is not possible in Canvas Quizzes. This is frustrating as it makes the Canvas Quiz feature very limited in terms of testing.
