The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

Hi @gentryguymon 
You do that with your Course Cards on the Dashboard, or in Course Settings (although some schools restrict the permission to change a course name).
- To do from course Settings check out How do I set details for a course?
- To do from Course Cards on Dashboard check out https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10588-4212717404 Keep in mind when you do it from here, you students can change that name on theor own dashboards.
