I have a quiz that is supposed to be worth 50 points but after the students took it I realized it accidentally set to be worth 0 points. I cannot figure out on my own if there is a way to change it now. Is there?

Hi @eeg174 , and Welcome to the Canvas Community!
While there are some things you cannot change in an assignment once students have submitted - student groups and published status - you can most certainly change its point value. You will get a warning that you have to regrade the submissions, but you can still make the change.
I hope this is helpful,
Kelley

Do you actually have to "regrade" then or will Canvas update accordingly? I can't find a "regrade WHOLE quiz" option and I don't want to regrade each question....
I have this same problem but when I try and edit the assignment in Canvas there is no option to adjust total points. At the top of the page is says the assignment is worth 0 points while the grade sheet lists the assignment as 100pts (as I originally set it). I'm simply trying to revise the total points to account for a question I'm electing to drop.
