Possible to Restrict Video View Options?

In a dual stream video recording, is it possible for an instructor or video content creator to set the view to side-by-side or picture-in-picture and NOT allow the viewer to change it? In other words can we set view options and disable them for the viewer?

If there's no setting a creator or instructor can set for this, I am considering the following workaround: Create the dual-source video with Kaltura Capture, upload it to Canvas, Play it using the screen view settings I want the viewer to see while re-recording that viewing as a single-source video in Kaltura Capture. Thoughts? I expect I'll lose some fidelity both audio and video but I'll give it a try and reply to this thread with my results. Other ideas or input are welcome.
