I am guessing you are asking as a student, and there could be at least two issues:
- Your teacher has set an "Available After" date that is not yet here, or
- An a"Available Until" date that has passed.
The only way to know for sure is to ask your instructor, since the members of this global Canvas Community can only access their own accounts and courses.
