School Announcement Help

Why do announcements posted for my school keep reappearing every time I refresh my dashboard?  In the past, once I closed them they didn't reappear. This just started a couple of weeks ago.

This is not expected behavior, and I just tested this in our own Canvas instance - "X"ed out an announcement, logged out of Canvas, logged back in and announcement is still gone.

I suggest submitting a support ticket.
