I can not access my students grades. This is new this week. I've been able to view assignments and grades up until this week. Please advise as to how to fix this problem.

I'm sorry that you're still experiencing this issue, @cricebissell . As this is a global community where people exchange their tips and tricks about using Canvas software, our members aren't able to look at specific courses and accounts. We can offer general assistance—and in that vein I hope you've already eliminated the possibility that the browser is unsupported—but if the browser troubleshooting tips offered in the thread don't resolve the problem, please use the Help link in the global navigation to submit a ticket to Canvas Support so an agent can look directly at the course and settings.
Hi @cricebissell Welcome to the Canvas Community!
A screenshot of your Gradebook would be very useful for diagnosing this, but I strongly suspect that it is a browser issue, and that you are either using an outdated browser, or Internet Explorer.
Here are some troubleshooting steps:
If you're using your own computer, you can update to any other browser (check out browsehappy.com for quick links to all browsers, just stay away from IE), and you can also use the Canvas Student app as well.
If you are using a browser on your institution's campus, you'll want to contact your IT department to ask them to please correct the issue.
I hope this helps,
Kelley
Note: In response to the sheer volume of browser-related questions we have been getting over the last week or so, this is a canned response so that I can help as many users as possible. The fact that this reply is canned, does not mean it is inaccurate.

The first thing to check would be the course and section dates. You can get to these from Settings > Course Details and Settings > Sections tab.
If the course and section dates are fine, it might be a browser issue. You can start with clearing the browser cache:
How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
You then might wan to make sure that the browser you are using is supported, here are some troubleshooting steps:

I am very frustrated that I still cannot access my sons courses/grades. I've gone to the "settings" and there is nothing there that says "course detail" for me to click on. I had an account last year that I was able to access all year and this year the whole thing is gone. I can get to a list of his classes but when I click on them all I get is a blank page. Please help.
