Unpublished Module?

My students are trying to access my published quiz but are receiving an error message saying it's part of an unpublished module.

The module where the quiz is located appears to be published.

How can I check this? How can I publish the module with the quiz?

Should I move the quiz to another area?

I'm having the same issue.  However, everything I can't find where it is unpublished.  I checked in Assignments, Quizzes and Modules.  Some kids are receiving the message below.

This is the home page.

In Student view...

Please help!
