Does Canvas can track you when you create a new Virtual Desktop when you are answering a quiz?

As a teacher, I find this question very suspicious, but could also care less.

Canvas cannot tell what you are doing, but it will record that you have left the quiz, and then when you return to the quiz. Many of us silly teachers check our quiz logs for just this type of activity!
