Why is Waypoint not letting me log in

I have been having issues with the waypoint application. When I go to sign in, it does not automatically log me in. I try to put in my Ashford log in and it does no accept it.

This might not be the right spot to ask.  It looks like Waypoint is something specific to Ashford University so you should probably check with your IT department at Ashford. (maybe here? Ashford University Product Support).
