can't log in

I can't log in and the message it says should appear in my email is not there.  I checked the spam.  What can I do to help me get into my account.  Thanks.

You have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users much like yourself; and also like yourself, we can only access our own courses and accounts and cannot troubleshoot this for you.

You will need to contact your school or your teacher to get assistance with your log in. When I went to the Kansas City Public Schools' Canvas login page, I found a link for login assistance that might be helpful, Get Help Logging In!
