Hello, How can I talk with someone in the canvas technical support?

Hi Lorena,

If your school subscribes to Canvas Support services (which many do) you can use the help menu when logged into Canvas. On the left hand menu when logged in you will see the help menu which should have options for phone, chat, or 'report a problem' support which will get you in contact with Canvas Support.

Is there something you might be able to ask us that we can help out with?

I accidently created the On Ramps profile under my name instead of my son (the student).  How do I change that?
