As an admin, you can view details about grade syncs from Canvas to your SIS in the SIS Integration page. The grade sync history list displays data for each course affected by an account-level sync as well as manual syncs run by instructors. From the grade sync history list, you can open sync details for any sync in the sync history list. Learn more about using a grade sync details page.
Open Account
In Global Navigation, click the Admin link [1], then click the name of the account [2].
Open SIS Integration
In the Account Navigation menu, click the SIS Integration link.
Open Grade Sync
In the SIS Integration page, click the Grade Sync tab.
Open Grade Sync Details
Locate the job in the Grade Sync list.
To open Grade Sync Details to view sync overview information, click the Grade Sync Status Details link [1].
Note: You can also open Grade Sync Details from the SIS Assignments [2] and SIS Grades links [3].
