Viewing Submissions from "Grades"

With the Assignment Enhancement Feature on, it seems as though it is much more difficult to access the document that a student has submitted from the grades page. This has caused some confusion and frustration for some of our students and teachers. When looking at the grades for a specific student, clicking the link on a certain assignment used to bring you to their submission. Now, it links to the assignment instructions page if it is an upload. It still links to the student's submission if it is a quiz or test, though.

Is this a bug? Has anyone else noticed this? Or come up with any solutions?

Hello, @BethRucinski, 

I have been able to recreate this issue when viewing a student's grades and clicking to an assignment as a teacher. I have created a ticket for our engineers to correct this flow to show the submission as opposed to seeing the old assignment detail page. This update, once made and scheduled for deploy, will be communicated through the change log.

@jsailor: When commenting on an assignment, it seems the student gets the link to the old detail page. Is there any way to change this or is this part still in development?
