Can the Admin set Course Navigation defaults?

Hello! I'm looking for help on setting defaults or changing defaults for courses already in place: can the admin set the course navigation defaults and apply them to all or certain courses in use? 

If there is no way to do this for courses in use, what's the best way to set up courses with similar navigation from the start? 

We purchased Florida Virtual content and are supporting a homeschool initiative in our K-8 district, but want to give consistency for the teachers to help as we are all new to this right now.

There are a few ways you can do this.

1. Create a master course and setup the navigation in that master course to how you wish to have it in your productions courses and import it's content into the production courses.
2. Same as number 1 but use a blueprint course
3. If the courses you purchased form Florida Virtual are going to be used to import content into your production courses you can set the course navigation up in those courses and upon import into your production courses it would be copied over.

Thank you so much for the response. I will try to improve the way I approach this in the future. So, to clarify: we purchased 4 core courses at each grade level K-6, so 24 courses. I need to manually update course navigation in those if we were to copy/import? There's no global default I can make. 

We are running a very small program - what are universities, etc. doing? To apply global changes - is there no way "on the fly?"

I would like to know is there a function to allow us (Admin) to set the Default Course Navigation as well? So whenever a new course created, the order of the navigation menu will be consistent. At the moment the Module was at the bottom of the page which is not easily see by staff. I take that at the moment the only way to move it up to the top is to go to each courses to change it, right?
