Co-teachers on Canvas

How can Skyward sync both co-teachers on Canvas? I have Primary and Alternate. Somebody please email me. I'm the Office Manager at a Dual Language Elementary School.

We use Skyward and have a course that has a Primary and an Alternate teacher assigned in Skyward.  When we pass our data to Canvas, both teachers are listed in the Canvas course as teachers!  It has worked flawlessly!!

I must be doing something wrong in Skyward. It's not syncing correctly in Canvas. Please help!

I'm not sure how much help I can be.  I worked with both the Canvas folks and the Skyward folks to get this setup.  I'll take a look at my sync setup to see if there is anything that stands out!

I have primary teacher period 1, primary teacher period 2 alternate teacher period 1 alternate teacher period 2. Primary teacher is the same for both periods and Alternate is the same for both periods.

If you can just show me how yours sync to Canvas from Skyward? I don't think my teachers have to do their co-teachers roster manually.
