Quizzes are not importing

Hi

This is about an open source instance running Canvas release 2018-09.

Up until yesterday, everything was working fine

However, quizzes now can't be imported (via course export or course import) or synched from blueprint. Every other item imports or synchs fine as part of the import procedure and I don't get any errors. The only way for me to copy a quiz from one course to another is via question banks. It was working totally fine before.

Any ideas as to what could have gone wrong? Any suggestions?
