Is Canvas Credentials free?

Is Canvas Credentials free for organizations that already have institutional subscription to Canvas LMS?

I checked https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Badges-Credentials/Comparing-Canvas-Badges-Basic-and-Canva... but came out none the wiser.

Canvas Badges is free, Canvas Credentials requires an additional license separate from the institutional license for Canvas LMS.

Hi there. Do I understand that Canvas Badges, which I call Badgr because that is where I manage these badges, going to persist through the next few years? We use if for faculty development. I've awarded more than 2500 badges. We have not secured a separate license for Canvas Credentials.
