Unknown Error - Student reported an "Unknown Error" to me (Admin)

One of the Issuers in our group issued a Badge to a student. The email went out. The student clicked on the link in the email and got an "Uknown Error" page on our BADGR website. The Badge also does not show in their CANVAS backpack. Other students issued this same badge have not had these problems.

Hopefully this issue has been resolved as it has been some time. If it hasn't, unfortunately without more information it's hard to say what that error actually is or means. I would recommend reaching out to Canvas support or to Support@Badgr.com, as they can help identify what that error tracking number means, and provide you with further information.
