Catalog not displaying Badges from Canvas Credentials

We have had Canvas Credentials for some time but have only recently turned on the Canvas LMS integration so that the badges will display on our Catalog. I have added a badge to a course that has a listing on Catalog but it is not showing on our Catalog! 

I have enabled the Credentials feature on both the Root and Sub-Catalog and made sure that the badge is marked as public on Credentials. I've also made sure that the module that the badge is tied to in Canvas is published as well. 

I should also add that I have removed all of the custom CSS and JS to see if it might be hiding the badges, but that didn't have any effect either. 

Does anyone know what else I could do to troubleshoot this problem before I reach out to support?

Hi, honestly there really hasn't been a solution. I put in a ticket when it first happened and the team did resolve the issue. Then I made edits and the issue happened again. Then, I have added badges to new courses since the first and second fixes and they have not updated on Catalog, even after I manually synced. In fact, badges that were originally correctly tied to listings disappeared after trying to add badges to other listings. Right now, I have 10-15 listings with badges connected to the Canvas LMS course that are not on Catalog.

Like you we followed all the same processes and moved from the legacy where everything was working and now no badges are displaying. Perhaps someone from Canvas Support will read this and help us resolve this as it looks bad on the cards and for us who do professional learning is not good for marketing.  Thanks for responding back so quick. We are putting in a ticket now.
