Customize the Learner Transcript

Does anyone know if the learner transcript is customizable? I'm assuming no but I wanted to ask anyway in case someone figured out a way. It would be great if we could include the name of the business/institute on it instead of just the logo (which I assume the transcript pulls from the Catalog theme). 

We have a learner looking to be reimbursed for the course they took and there's  specific information being requested by the organization they work for. One of the things they're asking for is the recorded grade, which doesn't show on the transcript now (only Credits/CEUs). I realize the grade would be harder because I don't believe Catalog stores the learner grade anywhere because that's in Canvas.

Here are my two cents: since it is a PDF, you can use Adobe Acrobat to download the transcript and edit it. It is not a great solution, but it works.
