Looking for a Building Construction for the Fire Service course

When I first signed up for Canvas (2019ish?), there was a course in the Commons section that was something along the lines of Building Construction for the Fire Service. It was taught by a guy named William (Bill) Watson and taught at Middlesex Community College in Massachusetts.

I am no longer able to find this course, and I am beyond certain that it would not have been deleted by the professor (Watson). I don't know if I'm just searching for it incorrectly or what I'm doing wrong. I cannot insist enough that this man would not have taken this course off the platform. 

If anyone can please help me find it or any other courses by him, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much.
