It's been a rough few weeks with Catalog! We've started having issues with Touchnet not telling Catalog when someone has successfully paid for a course. So far this has happened to two users and I just got an email about a probable third. It seems to be working correctly for most users. Canvas support diagnosed the problem and suggested we work with our payment gateway provider. That hasn't helped as the person who runs Touchnet on our campus doesn't know what's wrong.
