I decided to try out Nudging. I have a test course in Canvas with 2 assignments (one quiz, one file submission). No modules. Removed course dates and deleted any existing sections. Created a listing for it with 14 days to completes and then enrolled with my gmail address. Had our director of ID do the same.
Created a nudge for 13 days before end and less than 80% completion. Neither of us did either of the assignments and we also have no received any nudge.
I'm guessing that nudges are based on module requirements only and not on whether assignments are completed? I didn't see that in any of the documentation (or I missed that fact).
Do I need to create a module with both assignments in it? And would that work if I had the nudge at below 40% and the student completed one of the two assignment but since the module is incomplete then completion is still at 0%?
