We were trying to add a person as a Catalog Subadmin Admin. Everything appears to be set correctly. She is added to a subcatalog as an admin. But, when she tries to access the dropdown menu from her name in the upper right of Catalog, the "Admin" option never appears. Any ideas?

Thank you everyone. As it turns out, it's not instant. Not even close to instant. Her Admin access appeared about an hour after we added her.

Hi, Robert - If she tried to access the "Admin" option immediately after you added her as an admin, she may need to log out and back in again for the change to take effect (or use another browser). It's possible this is a caching issue, so I just wanted to throw this out there to you! 🙂
