We are having issues where someone proceeds with paying to enroll in a course and they are obviously getting an error that prevents them from completing the enrollment. Regardless of this, their payment still goes through and they are not enrolled in the course. We have had instances where multiple payments are processed however the enrollment is not completed. I am assuming that they are trying to pay multiple times because they are getting an error. We are using Touchnet for our payment system. In the attached pic, the last two payments resulted in a successful enrollment. I was thinking this may be an issue with ACH payments, however this has also happen when someone used a credit card.
