User experience enhancements have been made for the Catalog login process via Canvas authentication.
Users logged into Canvas will automatically be signed into Catalog.
Additionally, after users have initially logged in, users are routed back to the page where they initiated the login. Previously, upon logging in, users were always taken to the student dashboard.
Admins can require users to authenticate to access a catalog or sub-catalog by enabling Catalog authentication.
Catalogs that require authentication display a key icon next to the url.
