Preview Modern Storefront Button

Summary
A Preview Modern Storefront button is added to display the Catalog in the modern design. The preview reflects real course listings, images, and content, offering an accurate representation of how existing materials are displayed. No changes are applied to the live Catalog unless the modern storefront is explicitly adopted.

Change Benefit
This update offers a way to visualize how current Catalog content in the Legacy Storefront is displayed.

This provides an opportunity to explore the modern layout using existing content, allowing for informed decision-making prior to migration. It offers a safe environment to evaluate how course listings and images appear within the updated design.
