Current Dark Mode <--> Light Mode Browser switching does not invert images with success. I have a low-vision student who needs dark mode and image inversion. While I have the tools and knowledge base to invert the images in my courses and add simple scripts to create a button to switch image modes. Others may not be as tech saavy and need such a feature built into the RTE.
Either: 1. A default accessibility feature in the Canvas wiki-pages that allows for the upload of two images in each of the modes with alt text insertion, that automatically creates a button to switch modes. 2. A feature in the image edit dialog box that allows for the selection/upload of a 2nd image and the addition of a button to switch the images upon user input. Even better, would be for the system to detect the browser mode and serve up the image that corresponds to the mode!
