Add a way to see when grades are curved to gradebook history

Problem statement:

We had a case where an instructor saw that a lot of their grades were not lining up between gradebook and speedgrader. They wanted to check to see if the grades had been curved but there isn't a way to easily see that in gradebook history.

Proposed solution:

Allowing instructors to see whether their grades in the gradebook have been curved or not could be important to them. Currently, there isn't an easy way to see if grades have been curved or for instructors. I was told this would have to be done through the API but if you don't have knowledge of the API or how to use it then it doesn't really do much good.

Grade changes from the curve function do show in the gradebook history just like any other grade change does.  It sounds like your user may been having some kind of browser cache issue, since the grade in SpeedGrader and the grade in the gradebook should be the same.  As it stands right now, it seems like your idea is already existing functionality.  Could you confirm this for us?
