Add folders for linking documents in RCE Enhancement

While using the RCE Enhancement in BETA, I noticed that when I try to link Course Documents or Course Images, the folders no longer exist (see image).  This makes finding the correct document/image very difficult.  I know images weren’t organized previously, but files were organized in folders in the old Content Selector tool.  Can this please be corrected in the RCE Enhancement since it’s a feature that used to exist?

When inserting content through the Rich Content Editor, users can toggle to All to view the course file folder structure. For details, please read through:
