Add search bar to assignment list when adding to an announcement

Many teachers in my school district use announcements for daily agendas in their classes.  They like to link the assignments, quizzes, pages, etc... into the announcements.  It would speed up this process if they could search for an assignment rather than having to scroll through the long list of assignments.    Here is a picture to hopefully clarify the idea:

Id also love to see a similar function for when I'm reusing uploaded pictures. My students know to click on a certain picture in a page to complete a quiz or an assignment. I have so many pictures in there, it takes quite a long time to find the one I need. A search bar would be brilliant! I would absolutely use an assignment search bar also to be able to link assignments to my pages.

The All Files section in each sidebar includes a search field. This change allows users to more easily search for course links when viewing the entire files structure.
