Hello, we need a way to have all messages archived from students in Canvas. I understand that when a student deletes a message, it is gone forever. When two users engage in illicit or inappropriate activities inside Canvas and are under 18, we need to be able to pull those records easily and quickly, even if both parties have deleted those messages.
Allow deleted messages to be saved in user accounts in a hidden tab accessible by admin, or remove the ability for students to delete a message thread.
