[Admin Tools] Show Completed Courses Indicator in Admin GUI

This idea has been developed and deployed to Canvas LMS

Through the Admin GUI > Courses display, it would be useful to have a visual indicator of courses that are marked as "Completed" and therefore hidden from instructor/student view.  Right now, the course shows as "published" with a green checkmark but there is nothing telling me that it has been marked completed and therefore hidden.
