Sub-account admins do not have access to view notifications that have been sent to course users (mainly students). However, root admins (even root sub-account admins) can perform this lookup.

Sub-account admins are (in many cases) the first line of support for our student/faculty users in Canvas. Being able to completely and efficienty support them makes the whole Canvas experience that much better for all.
