[Admin Tools] Sorting Developer Keys

This idea has been developed and deployed to Canvas LMS

Problem statement:

On the page https://pcsd.instructure.com/accounts/81317/developer_keys the list of keys is getting longer by the day. It is also not in alphabetical order nor sectioned by On or Off.

Proposed solution:

I would like to sort by the column headings. It may also be useful to have a search box on that page. This would allow me to manage this page better.
