[Analytics] Admin Analytics Course External Tool Report Needs Detail

Problem statement:

The Feature Use in Courses with Activity report does not provide enough detail to be truly useful since it only gives a numeric count of External Tools in use: Course Name Term Name External Tools SP23 ART1XX-03 Spring 2023 5 SP23 EDCI4XX-02 Spring 2023 3 SP23 HIST2XX-01 Spring 2023 2

Proposed solution:

Please include the LTI tool names for each tool in separate columns in this report so that we can find all the courses using Pearson or Perusall (for example) - having the instructor name and email in this report would also be great - the main use case here is to find all the courses/instructors using a certain tool to offer them additional help, inform them about an ongoing outage, or plan for an upcoming vendor migration...
