[Analytics] Saved Filter Options in New Admin Analytics

Problem statement:

In new Admin Analytics there is no way to save the filter options you select.

Proposed solution:

Allow Admins to save filter options in new Admin Analytics to save time when reviewing data on the same filter parameters.
