[Analytics] Saved Filter Options in New Admin Analytics

Problem statement:

In new Admin Analytics there is no way to save the filter options you select.

Proposed solution:

Allow Admins to save filter options in new Admin Analytics to save time when reviewing data on the same filter parameters.

This idea has been added to the Additional filtering and reporting options in Admin Analytics theme for further consideration.
