[Analytics] Show Number of Assignment Groups in Admin Analytics

Problem statement:

Provide data per course on number of Assignment Groups in each course, so those with excessive Assignment Groups could be investigated further.

Proposed solution:

After migrating content over, many empty assignment groups exist in courses, which then get copied repeatedly into the future. In addition to Number of Assignments, it would be great to have a separate column for Number of Assignment Groups. In this way Admins and Designers can go into past courses and clean up empty groups.
