I was Batch Editing Assignments, did the math wrong, and overshot my intended due dates by one day. I didn't realize until after I hit Save. The Batch Edit Tool does not allow Editing backwards. It would be VERY helpful if it did. The scroll arrows in the tool will let me go down through 0 to negative numbers, but I get an error message when I try to Confirm. The only way to fix the issue now (that I can see) is to change the date individually on all Assignments. Our previous LMS, Sakai-based, allowed the input of negative numbers to edit backwards.
Allow the Batch Edit Assignments Tool to edit backwards. e.g. Inputting '-1' would move all the dates back in time by one day
