[Assignments] Batch Shift Assignment Times

Problem statement:

The Batch Edit tool in Assignments is great for shifting dates from semester to semester. However, it would also be great to have the ability to shift the time. I have one course with 22 different sections and each section has due dates and times that correspond to the start of actual class time. Being able to bulk shift the timestamp or even bulk edit the timestamp on all Assignments would be great!

Proposed solution:

Give the 'Batch Edit' tool in the 'Edit Assignment Dates' page the ability to edit the time on assignments as well.
