[Assignments] Changing Group to Category

Problem statement:

The name for Group on the Assignment Index page should be changed. This name can be easily confused with Groups of People and Group Assignments.

Proposed solution:

I propose that the name be changed to Category. When I train teachers on making assignments and setting weights, I tell them that they should think of that Group as a Category such as homework, formative, etc.
