[Assignments] Give Students the Ability to Message a Teacher from an Assignment

We love the functionality that allows teachers to message students directly from Speedgrader.  We would like to request an option for a student to message a teacher from an assignment or quiz without having to leave the assignment.  If a student has a question or request, they could click a button to message the teacher right from that module item.
