[Assignments] Make reference to module optional on Assignment Index Page

If an Assignment is added to a module, then this module is displayed under this assignment on the Assignment Index Page

The suggestion would be that there should be an option to turn off the display of the module to avoid unnecessary confusion, which this has produced in a number of our new staff.

And why is there reference to the module on the Assignment Index Page for an assignment added to a module. but not on the Quizzes Index Page for a quiz that has been added to a module?
