[Assignments] Provide a Time Limit to Media Recording Assignment Submissions

For Online Assignment => Media Recording Submission  -- have the ability to put a time limit for the recordings submitted by students.

This came up during our Canvas Bootcamp, and we have a LOT of Elementary Teachers who are learning Canvas, and Media Recording submissions will likely be used a lot with the little ones. Being able to enter a time limit will be helpful.

From a teacher:  "For video submissions can you place a time limit, as you can in Flipgrid?"

There's a reason this works so nicely on other apps. Seems like it would be an easy add on.

Letting teachers add a time limit would help students maximize their recording time and get right to the point of what they need to record. This will save teachers a lot of time in the process as well because they won't have to sort through long recordings for the small bit of the recording that is relevant to the assignment.

Are there any tools in canvas to make a lecture video only available for 1 week for example or 1 day in college level course. Sort of an internal access time limit?
