[Assignments] Sort feature for "Edit Assignment Dates"

Problem statement:

When editing course assignments dates, all assignments are listed in alphabetical order; which is not useful for designing chronological module assignments.

Proposed solution:

Add a sort feature to "Edit Assignment Dates" by module (ex. first to last) just has been done in gradebook. This will expedite the editing of assignments dates for a course.
